In ohhhhh so many ways (and that’s actually the best part).
Just like yourself, I’ve dabbled in meal kits. After a while, I realised they were too often bulked up with simple carbohydrates like pasta, potatoes, and rice. I wasn’t happy with the quality of the produce, and my husband has food intolerances, so we weren’t actually reducing our waste by much. Plus, the meals took multiple pots and pans and a whole hour to complete (no thank you!). They were just a bit of a mess.
My experience sparked an idea, though. I knew there must be heaps of families like ours out there, and I wanted to offer something different: less time in the kitchen, less dishes to clean, healthier food, and the ability to make our own choices around where we shopped and what we made.
So, The Dinner Queen was born! And it’s the best way to level up your dinnertime experience, without hassle, waste, or wondering what on earth to make tonight. You will literally become the queen of dinner!
Flexibility is everything, and we understand that your family circumstances can change at any time. Cancel your monthly membership whenever you need, and we will welcome you back with open arms again when you are ready.
If you have signed up to our 6 month option, you can cancel but due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds.

Below is a typical week of easy, nutritious TDQ recipes. Keep in mind that you are free to make all the changes you need for your family, and we offer amazing substitute suggestions for common food allergies and aversions where we can.
Variety is the spice of life, so each week, you get access to the dinners my family will be eating when you select the 'Katie's weekly plan' filter. You can choose all or some of these to help get you started or make up your very own plan! TDQ recipes are easily adaptable to different seasons, with simple changes such as swapping salad for vegetables. You also have the option to change the measurement system to US customary to make your shopping list nice and simple!

We understand that life gets tricky sometimes or there may be a period where you do not need our help - whilst we hope it's because you're setting off on a 2 week tropical island retreat, we've given you the option to pause your membership for 2 weeks per billing cycle.
Don't forget that our meals are perfect to take away with you on school holidays or to your airbnb kitchen!
